SRM Consulting Group LLC is a workforce development and entrepreneurship consulting firm based in Maryland. Founded in Baltimore, Maryland, by Sabrina R. Malloy, a former SNAP recipient turned state government program manager and entrepreneur, SRM helps individuals move from public assistance to prosperity through training, coaching, and consulting solutions.

Free Programs for SNAP and TANF Recipients
Entrepreneurial Elevation Cohorts
SRM Consulting Group LLC offers free workforce and entrepreneurship training for SNAP and TANF recipients. Each 5–6 week Entrepreneurial Elevation Cohort helps participants build confidence and skills in job readiness, financial literacy, business planning, marketing, and funding strategies, creating real pathways from public assistance to self-employment and financial stability.
